  3. Experience Montenegro first-hand Available via our partners, we can arrange a private visit to Montenegro, which means guided viewings of the projects that interest you, combined with a genuine feel for the lifestyle, the landscape and what daily life there actually looks like.
  4. Warm introduction to the right partner When you are ready to move forward, we connect you directly with the sales and legal teams of the relevant developer. You arrive informed, qualified, and well-prepared.
  5. Continued support via our network Our partners offer additional services including property management and rental support. We can make those introductions where needed.

Our Story

Founded on two identities.

PMA was built on the belief that international buyers deserve a different kind of entry into the Montenegrin market.

Not a cold listing platform. Not a pushy sales agent. But a knowledgeable, independent first contact, someone who understands what you expect, knows the market in depth, and can navigate the gap between the two with honesty.

We communicate in Dutch, English, German and Montenegrin. We understand the cultural and service expectations that Western European buyers bring to a transaction like this, because those expectations shaped how we built PMA from the start.

Montenegro is entering a new phase — EU accession on the horizon, growing international recognition, and a property market that still offers real opportunity for buyers who arrive at the right moment with the right guidance.
